California Cobb Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

3 slices Whole grain bread

1/4 cup Ranch dressing

2 Hardboiled eggs

2 -3 slices Turkey bacon

1/2 Ripe avacado

Blue cheese crumbles

Sliced turkey breast

Tomato slices

Lettuce leaves (or spinach)

Preparation

Toast bread slices. Lightly spread slices with dressing. Layer bottom slice with egg, bacon, blue cheese and lettuce. Add another slice of bread. Layer with tomato, avocado and turkey. Top with remaining bread. Cut sandwich into quarters. Secure with toothpicks.
