1 1/2 c Plain Greek style yogurt
1 tbsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1 1/2 lbs Cooked cubed chicken breast
3 Celery stalks, diced
1/2 Sm red onion, diced
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper
Whisk together yogurt, curry powder, and ginger in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, and season with salt and pepper.
