Baked Catfish with Lemon Aioli - South Beach Diet Phase 1 2 3

Ingredients

1 tsp Dried thyme

1/8 tsp Cayenne

1 1/2 lbs Catfish fillets

1/4 c Mayo

1 1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice

1 Sm clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat oven to 400. Mix together thyme and cayenne and rub onto catfish. Season fish on both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Bake fish about 14 min. until opaque and cooked through.

While fish is baking, combine mayo, lemon juice, and garlic in a sm mixing bowl to make aioli. Serve fish hot with aioli.

This recipe also is great with tilapia!
