1. Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain excess fat and scrape contents of skillet into the CrockPot. Add chili powder, onion, green pepper, beans tomatoes, tomato paste, salt garlic salt, black pepper, cumin and cinnamon.
2. Cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Garnish with sour cream, if desired.
