This is a wonderful summer soup, creamy and delicious.
1/2 Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
5 Ripe summer peaches
1/2 cup SCD legal yogurt made with whole milk or half and half
1/2 cup SCD legal yogurt for topping the soup
4 sprigs Mint
Place first 3 ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy, about 2 minutes. Place in a bowl and cover. Refridgerate for at lease 2 hours.
Serve in bowls with a dollop of yogurt and a sprig of mint.
