In food processor, combine ½ cup Just Mango, vinegar, lime juice, olive oil and 1 Tbsp. tarragon. Process until mangoes are coarse. Add 2 ounces goat cheese and pulse 2-3 times.
In large bowl, combine tortellini, remaining Just Mango, remaining goat cheese, Just Bell Pepper, Just Green Onion and arugula. Pour dressing over salad and mix gently. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with remaining tarragon.
