1. In a nonstick pan add 1 tbls. of the oil and saute the chicken with the garlic. When done, pat the pieces dry with paper towels to absorb any oil or chicken fat.
2. Bring the water and the remaining tsp. of oil to a boil. Add the noodles slowly. Cook for about 9 minutes, or until tender to the bite. Drain. Return the pasta to the saucepan and reheat over low heat with the milk, cheese, and thechicken pieces. When warm enough to eat, transfer to a dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. You may adjust the amount of cheese to taste.
