Quick and easy to make, no cooking, great for quick summer meal.
1 6oz Can tuna fish, packed in water
1/4 c. Fat free mayonnaise
1 Cellery stalk, thinly sliced
2 tbl Red onion, minced
2 tbl Almonds, sliced
2 tsp Curry powder
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Salt
Boston or Bibb lettuce
Drain Tuna fish well, mix in all other ingredients, except for lettuce. Place a bed of boston or bibb lettuce on each of 2 plates and divide tuna mixture between them. Enjoy.
