2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
1 lb. Carrots, Raw & Grated
Sift flour,baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg into a large bowl. Stir in sugar and mix in the oil. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in the catrrots. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9" pan.Bake for 30 minutes at 350*
