Ingredients
1 package Romain
1 package Leafy spinach
1 can Bean Sprouts (DRAINED)
8 oz Bacon bits
3 Hard boiled eggs
1 cup Vegatable oil
1/3 cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Worchestershire
1/4 cup White Vinegar
1 Medium onion, grated
3/4 cup Sugar
Preparation
In a large salad bowl, combine Romain, Spinach, bean sprouts (drained), and bacon.
Dice the hard boiled eggs and add to lettuce.
Toss the salad and place to the side.
In a separate bowl, combine vegatable oil, ketchup, worchestershire, white vinegar, and sugar.
Grate a medium onion and add to the dressing.
Refridgerate salad and dressing in separate containers.
Combine the dressing and salad when ready to serve.
