Soy Sauce

Salt & Pepper

Green Pepper 1

Red or Yellow Pepper 1

Onion 2 small

Brown Rice 1 package

Sliced Cuke 1

Sliced Tomato 1

Preparation

BBQ Salmon - brushed with Soy and S/P

Slice and skewer Peppers and Onions and BBQ basted with Olive Oll and S/P

Nuke Brown Rice

Slice Cuke and Tomatoe for Salad
