1 Avacado
3 Thin rice cakes
2 Thin slices of ham
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Lemon juice
1. scrape out avacado flesh and mash in a small bowl with a fork
2. mix in spices and a little bit of lemon juice
3. spread onto rice cake
4. put ham on top
to make this snack vegetarian, just leave out the ham. it still tastes good.
