Slice the chicken brests almost in half.
Pound the chicken until it is easier to work with.
Place the chicken on a surface so that the inside is now open like a book. Place a piece of provolone on one side of the inside of the chickent. Spoon in the desired amount of brushetta.
Spray the skillet with cooking spray or use olive oil.
Brown the chicken. Use the chicken broth to keep the chicken moist while it cooks through.
