4 lbs Chicken breast
Salt & Pepper
1 t. Canola oil
2 Medium onions, cut in wedges
1 c. Dark ale beer
1 1/2 c. Barbecue sauce
Rinse and pat dry dhicken. Season. Heat oil and fry in batches. Put chicken and onions in crockpot. Combine sauce and beer. Pour over chicken. Cook high 3 - 4 hrs or low 7 - 8 hrs.
