Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. Lean ground beef

1 cup Chopped onion

2 Eggs

1 cup Bread crumbs

1/4 cup Soy sauce

1 can Chinese vegetables

1 can Sliced water chestnuts

1/2 tsp. Minced garlic

1 jar Sweet and sour sauce

Preparation

Mixx all ingredients, except sweet and sour sauce, in a large bowl. Form into a loaf pan. Baked at 350° for 20 minutes. Drain fat. Bake another 20 minutes, Drain fat. Top with sweet and sour sauce and baked for another 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
