Audrey's Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

1 Medium head of cabbage

1-1/2 lb. Ground beef

1 Large onion, chopped

1/2 cup Cooked rice

1/4 cup Uncooked rice

2 cans Tomato soup

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Remove cabbage core and steam the head in water until leaves can be pulled off.

Combine ground beef, onion, rice (cooked and uncooked) and seasoning. Fill cabbage leaves with approximately 1/3 cup of meat mixture and roll close. Place in baking dish, seam side down. Mix tomato soup with water as on can. Pour tomato soup over cabbage rolls and bake at 375° for 1-1/2 hours.
