Baked Cheddar Egg Dish

Ingredients

2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Heavy cream

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

2 tsp Prepared mustard

12 Large eggs, lightly beaten

Preparation

(1) Preheat oven to 325.

(2) Sprinkle cheese in a sprayed 13x9 inch baking dish.

(3) Combine cream, 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour HALF the mixture over cheese.

(4) Add eggs, then remaining milk mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set.
