Baked Bacon Omelet

Ingredients

6 Large eggs, lightly beaten

1/3 cup Half & Half

3 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1/4 tsp Pepper

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Green onion, chopped

Preparation

(1) Preheat oven to 400.

(2) Combine eggs, Half & Half and 1/3 cup water.

(3) Add bacon, pepper, cheese and onion.

(4) Pour ino a sprayed 8x8-inch baking dish.

(5) Bake 18-20 minutes or until set.
