| 1 can | Artichoke hearts (14 oz), drained, coarsely chopped |
| 1 can | Green chiles (4 oz), chopped |
| 1 cup | Mayo |
| 1 cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat through. Serve hot.
VARIATION - add 1 cup cooked cubed chicken
