Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Cubed cooked chicken

1/4 cup Cashews, chopped

1/3 cup Celery, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Chopped onion, finely

1/3 cup Mayo

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Combine ingredients, stirring gently to mix. Cover and chill before serving.
