Taco Salad

Ingredients

1 pound Lean ground beef

1 cup Thick and chunky salsa

8 cups Shredded lettuce

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Plum tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup Sour cream

Preparation

(1) Brown ground beef and drain. Add salsa and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.

(2) Place meat mixture, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes in a mixing bowl and toss lightly.

(3) Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
