4 Split skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Sour cream
3 tablespoons Slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste
(1) Mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, mayo and slivered almonds.
(2) Divide and pack on top of the split chicken breasts.
(3) Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 30-40 minutes until juices run clear.
