Heat oil in a medium skillet and saute garlic for 1 min. Add the beans, reserved bean liquid, sea salt, and pepper. Cook 2-3 min. Add basil, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Mash half the beans with a fork. Set aside.
If using baguette, place slices on a baking sheet and bake about 5 min. at 350 degrees until crispy. Remove and top with equal amounts of bean puree and tomatoes.
