If berries are tart, add a sweetener.

Ingredients

1 Banana, quartered

1/2 c Blackberries

3/4 c Plain yogurt

2 tsp Wheat germ

2 Ice cubes

1 1/2 tsp. Honey, if desired

Preparation

In a blender, combine blackberries and bananas; puree until smooth. Add yogurt, honey (if using), wheat germ, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, about 1 min.
