1. Pop popcorn and place in large dutch oven
2. In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients, EXCEPT the baking soda
3. Boil sauce for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Add 1/2 tsp baking soda. Stir and quickly pour over popcorn.
4. Add peanuts if desired
5. Bake at 250 for 45 minutes, stiring every 10 minutes.
