Name of recipe says it all - Tostadas...and they're quick and easy to make!

Ingredients

Tostada shells

1 can Refried Beans

Cheddar Cheese

Lettuce

Tomato

Salsa

Sour cream (Optional)

Preparation

Shred cheese

Dice tomatoes

Shred lettuce

Cook's Notes

Spread a layer of refried beans on the tostada shell. Add shredded cheese, and microwave until cheese is melted Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and salsa. Add sour cream if desired.
