These tomatoes are marinated in a delightful blend of balsamic vinegar and herbs. A perfect snack for phase 1 dieters.
10 Cherry, grape, or small heirloom tomatoes (or mix thereof)
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Ground black pepper
Fresh snipped basil
Feta or Parmesan Cheese
Halve tomatoes and toss with oregano, fresh snipped basil, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let sit for a minute or two to let flavors develop. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Enjoy.
