Asian Cole Slaw

1 Bag Cabbage (or coleslaw) lettuce- tri-colored (with carrots and red cabbage) 1 Bottle of Makoto (like the restaurant) Ginger Dressing (you can find it at the Safeway past Michelle’s street, but if not, then any good Asian, ginger dressing works well- Whole Foods has great ones) 1 cup raw, sliced almonds 1/4 cup chopped green onions Just roast the almonds in the oven at 400 degrees for about 3-4 minutes. Let cool. Then toss the almonds, sliced onions, half bottle of dressing and the bag of cabbage in bowl and that is it! Easy as pie. And Frank loves it. Hope y’all do too!

Preparation

This slaw was much better the next day. A nice change from reglar old slaw, but I would let it sit for a while to flavor up.
