1 cup Sugar
1 cup Shortening
2 Eggs
Mix These three first

1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 cups Flour
Mix in a sep. bowl
2-3 Smashed bananas
Mash in a different bowl
---------------------
1/2 cup. Milk
1 tsp. Vinegar
Sep. bowl (I just keep these two together in a 1 cup measuring cup)

Mix all the ingredients together and here comes yummy bread!
Bake 375 for 30-34 min
yields 2 loaves
or 4 itty bitty loaves :p
