1 Egg white
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Oil
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Water
Beat egg white until stiff. Mix other ingredients, and then fold in egg whites. Last of all, dip in fish and cover. Fry until slightly browned.
Enough for 3 1/2 pounds of fish. Chicken can also be used.
