Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

2 cup Cooked, diced chicken

2 cans Cream of chicken soup

1/2 can Water

1/2 cup Taco sauce

1 cup Sour cream

1 lb Cheddar cheese; shredded

10 Flour tortillas

Preparation

Mix soup, water, taco sauce and sour cream. Place chicken, 1 heaping tablespoon of sauce and cheese in each tortilla; roll up. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Pour remaining sauce over. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the rolled tortillas. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Cook's Notes

Serve with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and taco sauce.
