Make ahead breakfast cereal
1 cup Rolled oats
2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon, or to taste
1/2 cup Skim milk
1 Tart apple (granny smith or other), peeled, cored and diced
1. Place the oats and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir in the diced apple when ready to serve.
Serving Size: 2 ounces
