| 1 cup | Rolled oats |
| 2 teaspoons | Ground cinnamon, or to taste |
| 1/2 cup | Skim milk |
| 1 | Tart apple (granny smith or other), peeled, cored and diced |
1. Place the oats and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir in the diced apple when ready to serve.
