1 pkg. 13 1/2 oz. elbow macaroni
1/2 stick Butter
2 Eggs beaten
3 cans Pet Fat-free Milk
1 stick Sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. Shredded cheddar or Velveeta
Paprika
Parmesan sprinkled on top
Cook macaroni and drain. Place in crockpot with butter. Combine eggs, milk, cheese, and paprika. Pour over macaroni and stir. Cook until warmed through well and thickened. May need to add more milk as the marcaroni soaks up a lot of milk.
This is "kid friendly" and easy to make ahead for busy days. Serve with peaches and a vegetable.
