2 lbs Frozen Tater Tots
Olive oil to saute
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Pt. Sour Cream
1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
Saute' onions in olive oil. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and then turn into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350 for half an hour to 45 minutes.
I always use fat-free for soups and sour cream and cheese when available. Helps make this healthier. It's a nice side dish instead of french fries. Goes well with fish sticks or hots and hamburgs.
