1 1/2 lb Hamburger
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Raw rice
1 1/2 cup Water
4 teaspoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
Small can water chestnuts
Brown hamburger and onion. Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350.
