2 cups Broccoli florets
1 3/4 cups Water
1 1/4 cups Cubed, fully cooked ham
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 packages (3 oz each) oriental flavored ramen noodles
In a large sauce pan, combine broccoli, water, ham, and soy sauce with one (1) flavoring packet. Break noodles into smaller pieces and add to pan. Simmer uncovered 6-8 minutes until noodles are tender.
