Sandwich Meal with Slaw

Ingredients
1 pkg Frozen uncooked de-veined shrimp - thawed
1 Egg
2 cups Bread crumbs - italian
4 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Ginger
1 cup Mayo
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
12 Sliced toasted bread - Rye
2 cups Alfalfa sprouts
2 tbs Oliver oil
Preparation
Cook Popcorn shrimp in skillet with olive oil until golden brown
Stir together ginger, mayo, mustard & lemon juice and spread on bread.
Arrange shrimp. alfalfa sprouts to bread.

Serve with red Cabbage Slaw
