| 1 cup | Mayo |
| 1/3 cup | Dijon mustard |
| 12 | Sliced toasted bread - Rye |
| 2 cups | Alfalfa sprouts |
| 2 tbs | Oliver oil |
Cook Popcorn shrimp in skillet with olive oil until golden brown
Stir together ginger, mayo, mustard & lemon juice and spread on bread.
Arrange shrimp. alfalfa sprouts to bread.
Serve with red Cabbage Slaw
