Quick, delicious and healthy salmon entree.

Ingredients

4 2 inch wide salmon fillets (1 1/2 lbs)

1/4 cup Packed brown sugar

2 tsp Butter

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp Salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix brown sugar, butter, mustard, salt and pepper

Spread over salmon

Bake 350 degrees for 25 mintues until salmon flakes easily with fork
