Corn Chowder

Grandma's Recipe

This simple chowder is comforting and yummy!

Ingredients

3 To 4 Medium Gold or Red Potatoes

1 Small yellow onion, chopped

1 can Creamed corn

1 can Evaporated milk

1 stick Butter (or more for thicker chowder)

Dash of pepper

Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into medium sized chunks. Chop onion. Put into large pot. Add enough water to cover. Cook until potatoes are tender on medium heat. Add corn, milk, butter and pepper. Heat slowly on low for 10 minutes.
