Tasty Chicken melt

Having to make lunch for 5 younger siblings is hard enough last thing I want is for it to have to be some big meal. Here is a great idea to kick that old PB&j.

Ingredients

1 12oz. Can of precooked diced chicken

1 tbsp. Mustered

1 tbsp. Lemon juice

1/2 cup Cheese

2 tbsp. Relish

3/4 cup Mayo

2 Big slices wheat bread

Preparation

Open can of chicken and drain it making sure to get most of the water out.

Put chicken in a prep bowl and if not already shredded into small bits do so.

Start adding the mayo with a fork first but do this a little at a time while your mixing it in. You may use more than 3/4 of a cup or you may use less it just depends on what brand you use. You don't want it to be runny at all.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix in.

Use the fork to spread onto the bread

And enjoy

Cook's Notes

You can also toast the bread before you put your chicken on it. My siblings have a blast mixing this and if your mean enough you can slip some veggies into the mix when they are not looking.
