Ingredients
1 1/2 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 Almond, hazelnut or flaxseed meal
1/4 c Raw sesame seeds
1/2 c Raw almond slivers
1/3 c Raw cashews
2 tbsp Canola oil
3 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation
Heat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well to combine. Spread the mixture on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden, stirring once.
Cool the granola on the baking sheet. It can be stored in an airtight container up to 1 week.
