| 3 | Large chicken breasts, boiled and shredded or diced |
| 2 cans | Cream of chicken soup |
| 1 pint | Sour cream (light is OK) |
| 2 4-oz | Can of Ortega chiles |
| 2 4-oz | Cans of siliced black olives |
| 3-4 | Green onions, sliced |
| 2 cups | Grated cheese |
| 10 | -15 medium sized flour tortillas |
Boil and dice chicken and set aside.
Mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and green chiles.
Dip toritllas into sauce and spoon sauce into the tortilla, add chicken, olives, green onion, and grated cheese.
Wrap tortilla.
Any extra sauce can be spooned on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle more cheese on top, if desired, and bake until melted.
