Pineapple Salad

Perfect companion salad for a hot summer day.

Ingredients

4 cups Pineapple
1 cup Halved red grapes
2 tablespoons Orange Juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 Dash Salt
2 tablespoons Toasted Unsweetened Coconut
2 tablespoons Chopped Macadamia Nuts

Preparation

1) Combine pineapple and grapes and divide evenly between 3 small bowls.

2) In a seperate bowl, combine orange juice, honey, and salt.

3) Drizzle juice mixture over fruit.

4) Sprinkle bowls evenly with coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.
