Bacalao (Cod)

Ingredients

4 Medium potatoes

Olive oil

5 cloves Garlic

1/3 cup Mexican Sour cream

1 Spoon of Parsley

1/2 cup Wallnuts

1/2 lb Manchego cheese

1/4 Bar of butter to grease the cooking dish

Preparation

Cook the fish.

I will add more data once I make it for the first time

Grease the clay container where the fish will cook.

-Fry the fish in olive oil and garlic until golden brown

-Fry potatos in olive oil until golden brown

-Prepare the sauces

1) Mix sour cream with walnuts, garlic and olive oil left over from frying the fish.

2) Mix olive oil with parley in a food processor until a nice creamy paste is formed
