Cook the fish.

Grease the clay container where the fish will cook.
-Fry the fish in olive oil and garlic until golden brown
-Fry potatos in olive oil until golden brown
-Prepare the sauces
1) Mix sour cream with walnuts, garlic and olive oil left over from frying the fish.
2) Mix olive oil with parley in a food processor until a nice creamy paste is formed
