Preheat over to 325.
Crust:
beat the egg whites until foamy, add cream of tarter and beat until you obtain stiff peaks. Add the sugar, vanilla and mix. Fold in the crackers and pecans. place mixture in greased 13x9 inch baking pan and bake for 40 mins. Let crust cool before making the filling.
Topping:
perpare lucky whip according to the package directions. Add the sugar and cream cheese and mix well. Spread mixture on cooled crust and chill. Then top with your pie filling and enjoy.
