Peach Crisp

Ingredients

2 tbsp Sugar

1 1/2 tbsp Flour

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

6 cups Peeled, sliced fresh peaches (6-8 medium peaches) or frozen peaches (2 6-oz bags), thawed

1 tsp Vanilla

Topping:

1 cup Quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked

1/4 cup Coarsely chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds

2 tbsp Sugar

1/4 cup Margarine, melted

1/2 tsp Cinnaomon

Preparation

1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 8 inch baking dish with cooking spray

2. In large bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well.

3. Add peaches and vanilla. Stgir until fruit is evenly coated.

4. Spoon into baking dish.

5. Combine topping ingredients in small bowl, mix well. Sprinkle evenly over peahces.

6. Bake 35-40 minutes or until fruit feels tender when peiced with sharp knife.

Serve warm
