Ingredients
4 cups Potatoes, grated, cooked
8 Strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup Skim milk
1/3 cup Chopped onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Margarine, melted
1/2 tsp Paprika
Preparation
1. In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
2. Transfer to greased 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with margarine.
3. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until lightly browned
