Mulled Maple Syrup

Great with gingerbread waffles

Ingredients

2 cups Maple syrup

1 Cinnamon stick

Large piece orange rind

3 Whole cloves

Preparation

1. Place syrup in small saucepan. Turn heat on low.

2. Add cinnamon stickto pot.

3. sud the orange rind with the cloves and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Remove spices with slotted spoon and transfer to serving pitcher
