Make from pantry items
3 Chicken breast halves
15 oz Jar roasted red peppers
6 oz Large black olives (sliced)
15 oz Can cannelini beans
6 Scallions
Splash balsamic vinegar
Grill chicken, cut into strips
Heat saucepan, add chicken, chopped roasted red peppers, olives, cannelini beans, and vinegar. Heat through. Stir in scallions.
Serve with steamed broccoli and bread.
