Ingredients

1 Or 2 garlic cloves, peeled

2 cups Shredded SHARP cheddar

1/4 cup Beer of your choice

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 Dry mustard

Dash of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Place the garlic in a food processor. Pulse until well minces, about 5 seconds. Add the cheese, beer, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cayenne. Process until the mixture comes together, 30 to 40 seconds.

Spoon the cheese spread into a small glass or ceramic serving bowl and serve it with crackers, or cover and chill until needed. Will keep for several weeks in fridge.
